Chocolate Chip Nut Cookies
Hi, I’m Nathaniel McCormick! I am only 10 (you probably know my mom Kirsten) and today I am going to tell you how to make my very first made chocolate chip nut cookies. They are grain free and healthy too!
What you need:
large mixing bowl
large mixing spoon
2 cups of almond flower
half a cup of peanut butter
To sweeten you can use maple syrup or honey (1/2 cup)
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 stick of butter (1/2 cup)
any kind of nuts (optional)
1 cup of chocolate chips (optional)
What to do:
Put a stick of butter in a sauce pan at medium low
heat the oven to 350
get the large mixing bowl and add 2 cups of almond flower,
then crack 2 eggs in the bowl
add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the bowl
if the butter is melted then put it in the bowl
get the mixing spoon and stir it all
put a cup or 2 of chocolate chips in (optional)
put a cup of nuts in (optional)
get the cookie dough and put it on the cookie sheet one spoonful at a time. Put that in the oven for about 8 minutes.
Thank you and enjoy! Please comment and tell me how you liked my recipe!

Nathaniel baked some of these at my house and they were delicious! Especially warm from the oven when the chocolate chips were still melty. Yum! I highly recommend them!
