Decadent Chocolate Covered Cherry Kefir Smoothie
I am a creative genius when it comes to inventing sweet treats. I’m not bragging, I just have a lot of practice. Today’s little gem is full of pro-biotics and anti-oxidants. It is nutrient dense and DELICIOUS. And easy. I also love easy.
Chocolate Covered Cherry Kefir Smoothie
2 cups milk kefir
3/4 cup frozen cherries
1/3 cup of soy free chocolate chips
Put all ingredients (except for a small handful of chocolate chips) in a high quality blender and blender and blend until smooth. Pour into cups and then chop remaining chocolate chips into tiny pieces and sprinkle on top of the smoothie. Enjoy!
