3 Ingredient Coconut Maple Freezer Fudge

Coconut Maple Freezer Fudge

Coconut Maple Freezer Fudge Recipe

I love coming up with grain-free, nutrient dense recipes to treat myself and my kids with, since we rarely (if ever) buy sweets from the store. These treats are delicious and full of wonderful, healthy fats and are so satisfying! Plus, they only require 3 ingredients!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup coconut butter (sometimes called coconut spread… for a good place to buy it, click here)

1/2 cup butter (coconut oil would work just as well if you want a PALEO option)

1/3 cup organic maple syrup

dash of sea salt

Put all ingredients in a saucepan and gently stir over low heat until melted and well blended. Pour into candy molds and put in the freezer. Should become firm within 20 minutes and ready to eat. These are rich and filling, so you will only eat a few before satisfying your sweet tooth!
