Kefir smoothies are part of breakfast almost every day. They are delicious and so quick and easy. In order to make kefir smoothies, first you need milk kefir. To make a strawberry kefir smoothie, like ours, simply take:
3 cups kefir
3/4 frozen strawberries
1/4 tsp stevia powder or honey to taste
1/2 tsp almond or vanilla extract (optional)
Blend well until all the chunks of strawberries are gone. Pour and drink immediately. My children LOVE this and I love that they are getting a full spectrum of probiotics as well as fruits and full fat milk. What’s not to love?
